An underground parking garage is available at the hotel. Before leaving, please go to the hotel reception with your parking ticket. Using the password “Astra”, the parking fee will be charged to the organizer’s account and marked as paid.

• Hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure

The conference office will be located on the 1st floor, where we will be welcoming you upon arrival. Please collect your conference materials at the office.
